Singapore Airlines is one of the most respected brands in the world, synonymous for its award-winning quality of service and innovative product offerings.  In keeping with its tradition to innovate, Singapore Airlines commissioned the re-design of its First Class reception area at Changi Airport, its main hub. 

Conventional check-in desks were removed and replaced with tables and chairs creating a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere and a service environment more befitting a 5-star hotel. The entire lounge is fitted with limestone walls and flooring, with warm onyx panels surrounded with Santos rosewood. Two water features, add movement to the area, one being a water spout feature the other a reflective pool with a lotus copper sculpture in the centre. Other sculptures and fresh flowers further decorate the spacious area.

The result is an award-winning First Class reception, which reflects the ethos and brand identity of Singapore Airlines.
